About Us

 Debbie brings over 30 years of experience inspiring children, young people and families through hands‑on learning, creativity and confidence‑building. As the founder and CEO of a STEM education charity, she designed and delivered more than 40 workshops, led school visits, created a Discovery Centre and even built Suffolk’s five‑day science festival from scratch -  attracting 22,000 people. 

  Gina brings a powerful blend of teaching experience, professional training, CIPD‑backed HR and recruitment expertise, and over a decade of behaviour‑change coaching. She has spent her entire career helping individuals grow. Her work is grounded in psychology, emotional intelligence and creating safe, human learning spaces where young people can build confidence, social skills and self‑belief.
